Funny, I don't remember being absent minded...
Great article in The Gazette.
Our resident PR guru, Bob Ebers got us some pretty good publicity, along with South Shore Saints and Harmony Inc., and the Greater Montreal Sweet Adeline Chorus. Montreal Chapter of Harmony Inc. won the photo wars, and look very smart in their new competition attire. Rob Mance looked good and so did Jeffery’s ear. It is amazing that with all the pictures taken, that is all that appeared.
The Suburban story should appear this Wednesday to complete the newspaper blitz, and we will be getting publicity on CBC Radio as well. Well done, Bob.
Make sure that your friends and potential members are aware of this most positive article on our great hobby.
Show time this weekend!
Those songs are part of you, your tickets are sold, and the money has being turned in to Bert Brossoit. Advertising turned in to Alan Kenley.
The afterglow is sold out. Give Bert your money to make sure that you have your places. It will cost $18.00 per ticket, and the food will be good with Abie’s Restaurant doing the catering.

Free International registration.
Did you know that new members get a free registration to the International Convention in the first two years after they join the Society?
That means any new member could registered for Salt Lake City 2005 or Indianapolis 2006 for Free! Ask anyone who has attended an International Convention (or who hosted one, and that includes nearly all of us) and they will tell you not to miss this opportunity.
You will make friends from around the world, hear the best barbershop music anywhere, and you will have fun!
Travel on business? Visit a chapter.
If you want to get a first hand account of the great time you can have in other cities when you are there on business, ask Peter Lawn about his 4 weeks visiting with the Vocal Majority, while he was in Dallas, Texas.
He has made friends that he will keep for years, and he had the opportunity to see another great director (having seen Rob at work, already!). Jim Clancy is the winningest director in the history of the Barbershop Harmony Society with 10 Gold and 1 Silver medal.
More next week from Peter himself!
