How do I Change Chapter Contact Information?
All information reported on this site regarding Chapters and Officers is downloaded from BHS, so there is only one place you need to go in order to change any of that information - it is the  Barbershop Harmony Society Members Only site  http://ebiz.barbershop.org
 
  • Your Chapter Secretary is empowered to change officer listings on the EBIZ site.
  • Chapter Contact is included in the Officer listings.
  • That information is published with officer listings, but it does not impact on the Chapter Contact listing when you view CHAPTER information. 
  • We download regularly, and as soon as we download and refresh our files, your changes made at BHS will show up on the NED site.
How do I change Chapter Officers on the NED site?
In order to change your Chapter Officers, you need to go to ebiz.barbershop.org
 
Once information is updated there,  the NED site will be refreshed with the following:
 
Chapter Information:
This includes Meeting place and time
 
Chapter Officer Listings:
This includes all reported Chapter Officers on the Chapter Officer report.
 
Member information:
Membership information like name, address, and chapters to which you belong, and your email address. 
You can update your own member information by using the Members-Only EBIZ web site.
How do I Change Personal Information?
The infornation stored on the NED site is obtained from BHS.
Therefore, if you want to change your name, address, phone, or email information, you should change that on the BHS site. We regularly download from BHS. On the NED site, you can only change information unique to NED.
