    Registration Information
    Registrations are identified by Badge type which must be carried at all times and displayed for entry into the Auditorium and Competitor restricted areas.
     
    All Competitors are required to purchase a Competitor Registration which is an All-Events Registration.  Volunteers who are also Competitors must purchase a Competitor Registration.  All other Volunteers must be Registered prior to the convention and will receive a Staff Registration. 
     
    Attendee Registrations are available for purchase for anyone not competing.  An Attendee Registration is available for either All-Events or any one Single Event. 
     
    Discounts with proper ID for:
        -All-Event Attendee Registrations and
        -Single Event Attendee Registrations
      are given to individuals:
         12 years old and Younger (Child Registration), and
         Full Time (F/T) Students (Student Registration). 
     
    Single Event Registrations may be converted to an All-Events Registration at the prevailing rate. 
     
    The Events for the Fall District Convention/Contest are:
    Event 1:  
      -Friday Evening (6:00pm start)
           District Quartet Preliminary Semi-Finals Contest
           District Seniors Quartet Finals Contest
    Event 2: 
      -Saturday Late Morning/Afternoon (11:00am start)
           District Chorus Finals & International Chorus Prelims Contest
    Event 3: 
      -Saturday Evening (7:00pm start)
           District Quartet Finals Contest
           Awards Presentations & Show of Champions
     
    Attendee Registration Form
    Use the Attendee form if you will be attending the Convention and not competing.
     
    The form is available in two formats:
    1: Microsoft Word Form for PC users.  You may enter the data in the appropriate fields using the Tab key to navigate, save it to your hard drive and print out the document for mailing with your check.
    2. Adobe Reader PDF document for MAC users or PC users. You must print out the form first for hand written entry before mailing with your check.

    Competitor Registration Form
    Use the Competitor Form if you will be competing with any group.
    You only need to have ONE (1) Competitor Registration.
