Competitor Information - Spring #1
Eastern Spring & Prelims Contests
All competitor quartets and chapters must register using the CJ-20 form through the BHS website "EBIZ" process. Visit the link below. Click on the link and follow instructions to the NED Eastern Regional Convention event and select the quartet or chorus event(s) as appropriate. This will result in a "CJ-20" file to be sent to our District VP for Contest and Judging and to the appropriate administrators for the contests.

This process is very important and should be carried out as soon as possible. There is a 20-day cutoff date from the date of the contest. Your CJ-20 file will show the status of quartet or chorus members, as well as quartet registration status to help you verify that you are eligible. After the cutoff date, NED VP-Contest & Judging will notify all competitors of the details of the contest sessions and the orders of appearance.
