David Salmon Memorial Choral Education
Trust Fund
This fund was established by the Salmon family in loving
memory of David Salmon, a long time and distinguished
member of The Millstream Chorus. The fund will assist
members of the Millstream Chorus in pursuing their music
education goals.
David Bain Memorial Choral Leadership
Trust Fund
This fund has been set up by the membership of The
Millstream Chorus in loving memory of David and Ethel
Bain. David served as Chorus Director of The Millstream
Chorus from 1989 until his death in 2005. The fund will
assist members of the Millstream Chorus in pursuing
chorus directorship music education goals.
The Millstream Chorus is a Charitable Society under
Canada Revenue Agency regulations. It is also registered
as a Non-Profit Society under the Societies Act of Nova
Scotia. Our CRA Registration Number is 85445 6332 RR0001
The Millstream Chorus has undertaken to use all funds
received under these programs to assist members of our
chorus who wish to pursue further their music education.
We also support other worthy charities such as the Nova
Scotia Hearing and Speech Association and The Dalhousie
Sing Sunrise Scholarship Fund.
Persons wishing to make donations to our chorus or to
the above noted funds may send a contribution payable to
“The Millstream Chorus", to the address noted below.
Please note on your payment your preference for fund
use. An official income tax receipt will be mailed to
all donors.
