HAPPY
THANKSGIVING!
From your chapter officers and members, a very happy holiday to each and every member. May we all be grateful for the bountiful gifts that the good Lord has bestowed on all of us. One of the gifts that makes me thankful is the return to health of our chapter members, CHARLIE CRAWFORD, DICK WHITE, and CHET SOUNDIS. It would have been a very sad day if these gentlemen were not with us anymore, and for this I’m very grateful.
GLOUCESTER
REHEARSAL A
REAL SUCCESS! We
had eight guests at the Gloucester
visit, with a possibility of at
least three of them interested in becoming members.
Let’s hope we see these gentlemen coming back for return visits.
Please
remember,
we are now in a mentor program for new members, so if you are asked,
please continue to help your new guest for as long as he needs your help.
Our guest were from Gloucester, BOB
HORNE, BRUCE MUENZNER, JOHN ANDERSON, RED
MACNEIL, CHUCK EVERETT, and ED
HIGGINS.
Also, from Salisbury, back for his fourth visit BOB ROBERGE, while from Salem comes JIM’S dad, ED HEGNER.
It was a pleasure to have these gentlemen with us and may they continue
to visit with us in the future.
PLEASE
REMEMBER, WE NEED SINGER
BRINGERS. We are all members of the membership committee

SOME
QUESTIONS:
Has a competition package been settled on, and will it be ready for the January coaching session
with STEVE JAMISON ?
Has a decision been made on our annual show,
one or two performances and at what location, and what are the ticket
prices.?
Will our show music be
performance ready in time. Are the
chapter members doing their share of learning their music to be ready for
this important performance?
For our chapter members, we are in a big membership push mode and TONY DiIANNI has done a great job in procuring guests. Are we as chapter members ready to do our part by acting as mentors for our incoming new members?
PERSONAL COMMENT: I know that I have been hounding away in this bulletin for several weeks now about membership, but please remember, that new members are the lifeblood of any organization, and ours is no different, maybe more so than others. You are probably sick and tired of reading about this, and my two publishers keep yelling at me not to editorialize, but it is really frustrating when a few are working their butts off while others sit on theirs and make stupid comments. We need all of you for the good of OUR CHAPTER.
