Chapters have forms for the men to fill in. These may include Travel Vouchers, Expense Vouchers, and more.

You can have on your web site a Forms Archive. To do so, however, you need to be careful to provide them in a form that all of the men can access. Many do not own Word, for example, so it is not a good idea to supply them in Word format. The most elegant solution is provided by Acrobat format, or PDF - Portable Document Format. A PDF file is independent of the program that created it, and it can be printed to any printer. PDF files are also compressed, 1/10 the size of the original document. The PDF file can contain pictures, graphics, spreadsheets, music scores - anything the software can print can be put into a PDF file.

To create a PDF file, you need software on your computer. Acrobat Reader is NOT the program - the Reader simply READS the file; it doesn't create the file. You can buy the full Acrobat, which is pricey, but perhaps worth it if you use it a lot. Or you can download PDF Writer, an older fre version of the software.

When you install PDF Writer on your system, it functions like WinFax. When you want to create the PDF file, you tell your software to print; then you select the PDF Writer printer. The software will take over from there, prompting you to give it a name.
