SPRING #1: BOTH, or the Eastern Regional/Q-Prelims, in NH - submit order & ad on/by ... MONDAY, April 2nd

SPRING #2: Western Regional Only in NY - submit order & ad on/by ... MONDAY, April 16th

Place your ad in BOTH programs and receive a 20% discount on both ads!

Please! YOU MUST submit your completed “camera-ready” display ads as digital-image files via email attachment
to Steve Salamin at marketing@nedistrict.org - and no later than the deadlines noted above!

Here are some further guidelines and requirements: 

  • "Camera-ready" means a high quality digital image must be provided as either 1-bit black & white (600+ dpi) or 8-bit gray (200+ dpi)
  • TIFF images or converted PDF document digital formats of your ad are preferred. Other formats accepted, with limitations likely.
  • Color ads/images will be converted to gray - and should really be actual size at 200 dpi or better.
  • Web site images/logos/pictures are generally low quality (for display monitors only) and are not acceptable for printing!
  • Submissions are subject to review and acceptance for qualification and content.

  • Complete that "OFF-LINE" Order Form.
  • Scan & Submit/Email that Order Form.
  • We'll BILL YOU to pay via Credit Card.
  • Then just submit your ad via email.
3. Old and Just "OK" way:
  • Download & Print PDF Order Form.
  • Complete that "OFF-LINE" Order Form.
  • Mail or Scan/Email & Submit Order Form.
  • Mail your check payment.
  • Submit Your Ad via Email.

NOTE: The District Program Editor, Chapter Host Chair, District VP of Events & District VP of Marketing may accept or reject any ad, and each reserves the right to make judgements accordingly based on ad content and appropriateness to the event, program or cause.
