All BHS Chapters (US Only) must report information to the IRS for the fiscal year 2007, regardless of the amount of money flowing through your checking account.

The tax return applies to US only. The financial review applies to all chapters.
IRS changed the rules for filing a tax return this year. All chapters with receipts under $25,000 need to file a for 990-N.

The rest of the filing requirements are the same as last year. The instructions and various forms are available for download using the links provided above. The instructions are also on the Society's web site. Click on Tools, Business Matters and see the instructions on the left hand side. Also, the individual forms are listed at the beginning of New Forms.
Please make sure you complete the required forms and send a copy to the international office. The form is due May 15.
