WATCH ON THE WEB

We're excited to announce that we're partnering with Acaville a cappella radio to produce our webcast this year!

Like us, Acaville is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization that supports the a cappella community through on-air programming and other initiatives. Acaville has streamed the 2022 Harmony Inc. International contest, all Harmony Inc. Area contests this year and will stream the IC&C again in November.

In addition to high-quality video and audio streaming of the competitors, Acaville will also provide a webcast setup hosted by NED Quartet Champs Sweet & Sour, The Square Route, Daily Special, and Greenlight.

Anyone who has already paid for an annual plan on our prior streaming site will get complimentary access to the Acaville streams for any contest covered by the duration of their annual plan.

Visit BHS on Acaville to learn more about the webcast and to purchase a ticket!

EVERYONE IN HARMONY CHORUS

Ever you ever said or heard anyone say, “I’d love the chance to sing in a big chorus!”, or “I wonder what it’s like to sing for a top-level Director”? For anyone that has encountered those thoughts, the Everyone in Harmony chorus is for you. This chorus was created as a way of reminding us that the convention is not only for competitors, but for everyone that likes to sing.

Steve Tramack is one of the top coaches and arrangers in the Society. We are fortunate that he resides in NH and has volunteered his time to spend the morning with all singers that want to have a good morning warmup and start the Saturday portion of the convention with learning, friendship, and music.

The Chorus will sing:
1. The Story of the Rose (Heart of My Heart)
2. Shine on Me

Like much of barbershop harmony, these songs are easy to do, but hard to do well. Steve will help you find music in these songs that you did not know existed. It is a beautiful auditorium to sing in. You want to be a part of this!

Both songs are available in the BHS Barberpolecat Songbook
Check with a local chapter who may have extra copies available.

EVERYONE is welcome to participate.
Please meet at
Windham High School Room E106 by 9:00 AM Saturday

AFTERGLOW FOR ALL

The NED Events Team has secured space for us to gather, eat, drink & sing! As soon as the last chord has been sung in the auditorium, make your way to the Courtyard By Marriott in Nashua.

There will be trays of hot and coldfood and a cash bar until 1AM.

After that time the space is available to the most fanatical of us that still have hours of singing left in them.

To make driving convenient and safe consider having your Saturday Night stay at the Courtyard By Marriott in Nashua.

Hotel reservations can be made here.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

HOTELS

It is likely that at this point (10/23) the deals below set up by the events team expired, sold out, or are more than you budgeted for.
If you want one of the deals below, it never hurts to call the hotel directly and see if they will make an exception, but they are not required to do so.

If you want a price point lower than one of the 3 listred, use your favorite travel site and search to suit your needs.
There are definitely hotels in the area that are closer to the $100/nt range.
It might be a challenge to find “deals” during the leaf-peeping season, but they exist.

Note:
If being near the judges or the afterglow is important, search the Nashua area.
If being near the school is important, search the Windham or Salem, NH area.

FOOD TRUCKS

Attention food lovers!

On Saturday 10/28 two amazing food trucks will be serving up delicious food all day long.

From 8AM to 2PM, WAGON WHEEL DONUTS will be serving up their famous apple cider donuts, coffee, and warm cider. Their donuts are made fresh daily, and their coffee is roasted to perfection. Warm cider is the perfect way to start your day off right.

From 11AM to 2PM, MOONGLOW MUNCHIES will be serving up a variety of classic American food, including hamburgers, hot dogs, shaved steak, crusted chicken, chicken wings, and sides. They'll also have water, Pepsi, and Sprite available for purchase.

You can expect that both trucks will accept credit cards, but it is a truck, and things happen, so you may want to carry a small amount of cash just in case.

We can use the school cafeteria to eat in, so you can enjoy your food in a comfortable and relaxed setting.
